No Experience Needed
You do not need to have worked at a company like ours before, worked in a white-collar setting, or completed a degree before working at TDCI. We will train you – and we believe our training will serve you better in our environment than any of the above.
Rapid Path to Advancement
It will very quickly become apparent which of our team members are destined for long-term success in their role. Once we’ve identified this potential, we’ll reward it. Many of our workers will begin to receive management training after just six to nine months. Their responsibilities will range from training new recruits to administrating branch offices.
Lots of Incentives!
All of our team members receive a generous base salary, but our top performers reap the highest rewards. These may include up to four all-expenses-paid vacations per year, quarterly cash bonuses, and even free gas (you’ll be traveling a lot). We promise that our compensation package doesn’t just cover a minimum standard of living – even our entry-level workers will be able to live off their wages, save for the future, and care for their loved-ones.
